Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament
on Wednesday mornings in Lent after 10.00 am Mass to 11.00 am.

Morning and Evening Prayer of the Church (Lauds and Vespers) on Fridays in Lent after 10.00 am and 6.00 pm Masses.

Prayer for Vocations:  Monthly Holy Hours to pray for vocations – Wednesday 27th March 3:00pm to 4:00pm at Mercy Hospital Chapel, Cork and Thursday 11th April 7.00 pm to 8.00 pm at Presentation Brothers, Maiville, Turner’s Cross.

Pilgrimage to Lourdes 11th – 16th June Our Turner’s Cross Parish group will be part of the Cork & Ross Diocesan Pilgrimage.  Booking forms available in the Sacristy.

The NET Team Invites you to FORTIFY, a time of prayer for Lent on Saturday next, 30th March. This begins with the normal Vigil Mass at 6.00 pm, followed shortly afterwards by Eucharistic Adoration and Worship with music led by the NET Team. There will also be a short personal sharing from a team member and Confession will be available. Our time together with the Lord will end with Benediction, followed by tea and biscuits in the Parish Centre at 8.00 pm.

NET Ministries Junior Youth Group (fifth and sixth classes) will meet in the Parish Centre on Tuesday 26th March from 5.30 pm to 7.00 pm.

Cork Alzheimers Café a safe place for people with Alzheimers and other dementias, their carers, family and friends along with social and health professionals to meet. Last Friday of each month 1.30-3.30 pm in St Finbarr’s Hospital, light refreshments provided free of charge. All welcome. Next meeting Friday 29th March.

Turner’s Cross Parish Three Day Retreat April 29th and 30th, and May 1st, with Fr Aidan Neville MSC.  The theme of our retreat will be Parish Renewal.

Mother’s Day: Next Sunday 31st March.  All our mothers, living and deceased, will be remembered at the 12.00 noon Mass on that day. Cards are available in the Parish Office this weekend and in the Sacristy during the week.

First Confession The Children of 2nd Class in Bunscoil Chriost Ri will be making their First Confession on Tuesday 26th March at 7.30pm here in the Church.   We pray for the Children, their Parents and Teachers.
