Our parish is linked in prayer across the country……in return let us pray for them.
Mission Prayer
God our loving Father You made us your children in baptism
pour out on us afresh the gifts of your Holy Spirit.
Your Word is Truth
Open our ears to hear your Word. Open our hearts to hear
you in prayer, that we may receive with ever deeper faith the Bread of Life.
Strengthened through these gifts make us signs of your presence
in our homes, places of work and our schools.
Father hear our prayer as we prepare for our Parish Mission.
We ask this through Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Our Lady, Mother of the Church. Pray for us.

Mission Alert: Mission Sunday comes only once a year. On this special day we are given the opportunity to express our unity with and support to Christian communities everywhere. It will be celebrated next weekend 24th Oct. The annual collection provides financial assistance to Young Churches and Missionaries, allowing them to meet the spiritual and human needs of some of the world's poorest people. In essence, some give to the missions by going, others go to the missions by giving and praying.
